After many delays to get this project off the ground, we are finally off to the races. Our new project on 31st Ave in Astoria, Queens is a waterfront ground up residential development – 29 apartments, 9 stories and roughly 32,000 square feet.
With demolition and early work underway, this project represents a turning the page moment from the last 18 months, and starting fresh. Its a great location, and I think we did a nice job with the design. Time will tell….
